WILL YOU DELIVER TO MY AREA / VENUE?

We can deliver all over the country. We will assess your delivery when you place an order.

Are there any age restrictions?

We can only provide orders and drinks to clients over the age of 18.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum is required.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at anytime. Please contact us at info@manordirect.com to cancel.

When will I receive my order?

You will receive your order at the time arranged by you and Manor Direct when you place your order. Please note the timings maybe be organised by your event organiser.

What methods of payment do you take? Can I pay by cheque?

Cash, cheque, bankers draft and electronic transfer payments are preferred methods of payment. All payments have to be in cleared funds before any delivery is shipped.

Can you gift pack my champagne bottle?

We can wrap any bottle you like. Individual wrapping will incur a small handing charge.

What if my goods are damaged lost or has missing items when received?

If for any reason your order is damaged in transit or upon arrival, we will happily exchange the damaged products as long as they are noted to the driver.

How do you refund our returned drinks?

We will ask for your bank details when you place your order. We aim to refund any money within 72 hours after your event. We will keep in contact via email each step of the way.
